Lichten & Liss-Riordan has an extensive practice representing both private and public sector unions.  We represent labor organizations in all aspects of their work. This includes advice and counseling, litigating grievance/arbitrations, appearing before labor relations and other agencies on behalf of employees seeking to organize and to protest employer unfair labor practices, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and representing union interests in state and federal courts.
