Sarah E. Getchell

Sarah E. Getchell represents employees in class action litigation involving violations of wage and hour laws, including cases involving tip-related, overtime, and minimum wage violations.  Since graduating from law school, she has conducted research regarding a broad range of labor and employment issues, including discrimination, wage and hour requirements, misclassification of employees as independent contractors, employee eligibility for leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act, and employee privacy laws.  

Ms. Getchell has also assisted in the writing of articles and Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education chapters regarding various areas of employment law.
