Joseph Sulman

Joseph Sulman practices plaintiff-side employment litigation representing individuals with a variety of employment-related legal issues. His cases are primarily brought on behalf of employees whose rights have been violated under state and federal wage laws and on behalf of employees who have been discriminated against due to their race, religion, gender, disability, or age, or have suffered retaliation for challenging their employers' unlawful employment practices. 

Mr. Sulman has extensive experience in federal and state court litigation. Following law school, he worked as an associate for Dechert LLP in Boston for three years and then as an associate for Todd & Weld LLP in Boston for one year. He has represented clients in Massachusetts Superior Court, the United States District Court of Massachusetts, and before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.

Prior to law school, Mr. Sulman worked as a newspaper reporter for the Metrowest Daily News in Framingham, Massachusetts.
