Michael Rabieh Michael Rabieh has nearly a decade’s worth of experience in employment law in Boston. He has represented and advised clients on a variety of employment matters, including wrongful termination claims, allegations of breaches of non-competition, non-solicitation and confidentiality covenants, compliance with state and federal employment statutes, and diversity enhancement efforts. Michael also has broad experience as a general litigator in state and federal trial and appellate courts and before state administrative agencies, with a particular focus over the past four years on defending developers of affordable housing against challenges to their projects by abutting landowners. Prior to joining Lichten & Liss-Riordan, Michael worked at Palmer & Dodge, LLP from 2002 to 2006 and Goulston & Storrs, P.C. from 2006 to 2011. Before becoming an attorney, he earned a doctorate in political science from the University of Toronto and spent three years teaching political philosophy at the University of Toronto, at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, and at Kalamazoo College in Michigan.
